Why you should do yoga

There are many reasons why you should practice yoga, some of them are spiritual and other are physical.

There are many types of yoga and they all have spiritual influence but what most of them do is an equalization of the inner energies we have, when the energies are equalized we experience a good felling and an improved health. We have seven chakras in our body and they need to be stimulated in order to work better, that’s what the practice of yoga does. Yoga also influences the mind helping you reach a state of well being and mental relaxation. In yoga you learn to reach a good spiritual state which is good for the rest of your daily life.

Yoga also brings physical improvements increasing the flexibility of most segments of the human body. Improvements are expected to happen over practice, these improvement lead to a better lifestyle. Besides flexibility you also gain improvements in the way you breathe and use the air, which allows you to have more control over your breathing when realizing complicated tasks.
The best way to look at yoga is by combining the physical and the spiritual elements, yoga is coordination of both dimensions and to reach improvement they must be equally worked. Yoga makes you reach a state of harmony where everything works well together.

It’s a big lifestyle change but I can assure you that’s for the better because yoga also helps prevent many problems of the mind and body.
