Barkan yoga method
Barkan method is a branch of yoga characterized to be a style of Hatha Yoga that originated from a lineage in Calcutta, India. This method has roots from it lineage in Calcutta but it also implements postures from other styles of yoga to create variations and even greater range of motion.
